1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for NourCare Home Care Services or enrolling in our household and caregiving training programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Professional Conduct & Mawaddah Standard

All clients, personnel, and training participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of respectful, ethical, and compassionate conduct. Our service philosophy is grounded in Mawaddah (compassion, affection, and respectful care) and Nour (clarity and light), combining warm personal care with structured clinical discipline and household professionalism.

3. Fees and Payments

All service, subscription, and training fees are final and non-refundable once service delivery or training has commenced, in accordance with our client agreements, partnership frameworks, and financial policies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Limitation of Liability

NourCare Home Care Services operates as a premier home support, lifestyle management, and caregiver training agency. NourCare is not liable for indirect damages or employment outcomes outside of our direct operational control and agreed scope of service.

5. Intellectual Property

All training modules, household management workflows, care protocols, service frameworks, and digital branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of NourCare Home Care Services. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
