  • Billing & Transaction Data: Information necessary to securely process service packages, invoicing, and contract management.

  • Service & Operational Records: Field visit schedules, caregiver placement notes, quality check-in logs, and client feedback to track service delivery and client satisfaction.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is utilized exclusively to maintain the safety, comfort, and smooth operation of your household:

  • Caregiver & Personnel Matching: To match your household with vetted, properly trained domestic support personnel whose skills and profile align with your family's needs.

  • Operational Coordination: To schedule caregiver visits, organize errand and lifestyle management tasks, and facilitate direct communication with your dedicated account manager.

  • Quality Assurance & Safety: To conduct regular check-ins, maintain high operational standards, and optimize our care delivery models based on your feedback.

  • Administrative Compliance: To process payments, manage client agreements, and fulfill legal record-keeping requirements in Saudi Arabia.
